Refund policy

• Warranty period starts from the date of purchase, not when the item is delivered.
• Returns must be requested prior shipping any item during the 30 day return period.
• The customer is responsible for shipping fees to returning any item, and please be aware that Amazing Closeout Products will not be responsible for any shipping loss or physical damage. 
• If we find evidence of physical damage; or that the product was misused, altered, modified; damaged by customer negligence, or serviced by unauthorized people; our 30 day warranty will be void and no refund/exchange will be issued.
• Once the item is received, we will inspect the item and start processing your request.
• Exchange/replacement availability will depend on inventory.
• Restocking fees may apply for items on demand.
  
• Please allow 3-5 business days for bank to processing your refund.
